Outbound SDR

Drive outbound pipeline by identifying and engaging accounting firms and finance teams who can benefit from AI-powered reconciliation. You'll own prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified demos for our founding sales team.

What you'll do

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of accounting firms and finance teams
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP
  • Book and hand off qualified demos to the founding team
  • Track activity and pipeline metrics in CRM
  • Share market feedback to help shape product and messaging

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal hand-holding
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
  • Bonus: experience selling to finance, accounting, or ERP buyers
